Global Marketing Manager - Poultry

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Global Marketing Manager - Poultry in the United States.

The Global Marketing Manager - Poultry will lead the strategy and execution of marketing initiatives for the poultry segment, driving global business growth and brand visibility. This role encompasses market analysis, competitive strategy development, messaging, content creation, and campaign management. Partnering with regional and global teams, the manager will translate strategy into action, oversee budgets, and measure performance across multiple marketing channels. The role requires strong leadership, collaboration, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, matrixed global environment. Occasional travel is required to engage with customers, partners, and cross-functional teams worldwide.


  • Accountabilities:
  • Design, implement, and manage key marketing initiatives aligned with business strategies.
  • Develop global marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, thought leadership, and business results.
  • Analyze competitive strategies to differentiate products and identify market opportunities.
  • Collaborate with regional and global teams to adapt strategies to local market needs.
  • Oversee and evaluate market and customer research to inform strategy adjustments.
  • Partner with external agencies and internal marketing teams to deliver integrated communications.
  • Lead content strategy, development, and key messaging across websites, blogs, email campaigns, and social media.
  • Manage and coach direct reports, fostering team development and performance.

  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Animal Science, or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years of marketing management experience, preferably in the poultry or animal nutrition industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering results in global, cross-functional teams.
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
  • Experience managing budgets, developing business cases, and ROI models.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM tools is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 25% for global meetings and customer engagement.
