Full-Time Registered Dietitian (Remote - US)

This role is ideal for a passionate and mission-driven Registered Dietitian eager to make a tangible impact on the health and well-being of diverse populations. You will leverage a personalized digital nutrition platform to provide medical nutrition therapy, support healthy grocery choices, and guide sustainable lifestyle changes for patients, many of whom are underserved or Medicaid members. By combining clinical expertise with behavioral coaching and digital tools, you will help patients access healthy foods, manage chronic conditions, and achieve lasting improvements in nutrition and health outcomes. The role is fully remote, offering the flexibility to work from home while engaging directly with patients across the U.S., fostering meaningful relationships and measurable results.

Accountabilities

As a Full-Time Registered Dietitian, you will:

• Provide individualized medical nutrition therapy (MNT) via HIPAA-compliant video and audio sessions.
• Conduct digital shop-alongs to help patients maximize grocery budgets using a personalized online platform.
• Support patients in completing regular nutrition assessments and track progress through proprietary tools.
• Document patient care accurately in electronic medical records according to the Nutrition Care Process.
• Manage a panel of patients with diverse chronic health conditions and socio-economic backgrounds.
• Communicate empathetically and effectively to build lasting relationships that promote sustainable behavior change.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve patient experience and clinical outcomes.

The ideal candidate should have:

• Active credentialing as a Registered Dietitian (CDR) and valid state licensure; willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed.
• Minimum of 1 year of professional dietitian experience, with a strong clinical background.
• Ability to provide patient-centered care, motivational interviewing, and behavior change coaching.
• Comfort using digital tools, telehealth platforms, and online grocery marketplaces.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse populations.
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Access to high-speed internet and a smartphone for remote patient engagement.
