Express Solutions Development Intern

• Accountabilities:
• Develop and implement software solutions that solve customer and business challenges.
• Integrate platform features to enhance user experience and improve efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the Express Solutions portfolio.
• Participate in cross-functional team activities, fostering collaboration and goal alignment.
• Conduct unit testing to ensure solutions meet functional and quality standards.
• Support documentation and process improvements to maintain high-quality deliverables.

• Requirements:
• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or graduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Proficiency in SQL and object-oriented programming languages such as VB.Net or C#.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience with MS Office and basic technical documentation.
• Demonstrates critical thinking, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
• Results-driven, flexible, and able to work in a collaborative, multi-tasking environment.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Junior or graduate-level students graduating between December 2026 and May 2027.
• Previous internship or project experience in software development or related fields.
• Exposure to accounting concepts, software testing, quality assurance, and presentation skills.
