In this senior, strategic role, you will lead enterprise-level B2B media sales efforts, expanding relationships with top-tier accounts across multiple industries, including grocery, convenience, hospitality, and healthcare. You will leverage deep industry knowledge to sell integrated media solutions that combine digital advertising, content, events, and custom research to drive measurable business outcomes. This position demands full ownership of the sales cycle, from discovery to closing, while collaborating with internal teams to deliver innovative solutions.   • Accountabilities
  • • Identify and target high-potential enterprise clients, executing strategic account plans to expand market presence.
  • • Serve as a consultative partner to clients, uncovering business challenges and delivering tailored B2B media solutions.
  • • Manage end-to-end sales processes, including prospecting, proposal development, contract negotiation, and closing deals.
  • • Sell multi-platform media programs, including digital advertising, custom content, events, and proprietary research.
  • • Collaborate with internal teams—content, events, marketing, research—to design and deliver innovative media strategies.
  • • Maintain a deep understanding of the B2B media landscape and industry trends to provide expert guidance to clients.
  • • Meet or exceed individual sales targets, accurately forecast pipeline, and track performance in CRM systems.
  • Requirements
  • • 10–15 years of experience in B2B media sales with a proven track record in enterprise account management.
  • • Strong knowledge of the North American retail ecosystem and B2B media landscape.
  • • Demonstrated expertise in solution selling, with experience delivering complex, multi-platform media solutions.
  • • Excellent prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills; able to influence executive-level decision-makers.
  • • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including delivering compelling presentations with data-driven insights.
  • • Self-motivated, independent, and results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • • Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% for client engagements and industry events.
