You will own the online product experience from merchandising and platform management to conversion optimization and analytics. Partnering closely with marketing, design, and development teams, you will ensure seamless, data-driven enhancements that elevate the customer journey. This position provides an opportunity to lead a high-performing team, implement forward-looking eCommerce strategies, and shape the brand’s direct-to-consumer digital presence. Your decisions will directly impact online performance, operational efficiency, and overall business success. The role reports to the Chief Digital Officer and is fully remote.
