Accountabilities:

As a Data Scientist in this role, you will be responsible for:

• Developing machine learning, deep learning, and statistical predictive models to drive patient engagement and improve healthcare outcomes.
• Deploying large-scale models into production and ensuring their performance, reproducibility, and scalability.
• Collaborating with Data Engineering, IT, and other technical teams to onboard new data sources, create feature stores, and optimize development and deployment pipelines.
• Performing data quality assessments, remediation, and modeling to ensure reliable, high-quality datasets.
• Writing efficient SQL and performing Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) on massive transactional datasets.
• Preparing reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders across business, marketing, and trade functions.
• Mentoring peers and leading intern projects to elevate team capabilities.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience applying machine learning and deep learning frameworks to solve business problems.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis, modeling, and EDA.
• Experience deploying ML/DL models in production environments and maintaining model performance.
• Familiarity with MLOps practices and version control tools such as GitHub.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience performing data quality assessments, feature engineering, and dataset curation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud-based ML frameworks (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Knowledge of large-scale data infrastructure and feature store management.
