Customer Success Manager

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Customer Success Manager in the United States.

In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for clients in the Building Product Manufacturer segment, ensuring they have a seamless and valuable experience with the company’s products and services. You will drive client satisfaction, retention, and adoption by understanding their needs, providing tailored solutions, and delivering engaging product demonstrations. The position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing multiple client relationships, and proactively identifying opportunities to enhance client success. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, tech-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.


  • Accountabilities
  • • Serve as the primary liaison for assigned clients, managing relationships and driving satisfaction and retention.
  • • Deliver engaging product demonstrations and trainings, ensuring clients understand and maximize the value of the platform.
  • • Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs, resolve issues, and provide feedback for product improvements.
  • • Track client engagement and health metrics, using CRM tools like Salesforce or Gainsight to maintain accurate records.
  • • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding account value in alignment with client goals.
  • • Advocate for clients internally, providing insights that shape product development and customer experience strategies.
  • • Travel as required (up to 25%) for client meetings, trainings, or industry events.
  • Requirements
  • • Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) preferred.
  • • 3–5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or similar client-facing roles.
  • • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • • Tech-savvy with experience presenting online and familiarity with Apple products, iPad, and iOS.
  • • CRM proficiency, preferably with Salesforce and Gainsight.
  • • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple clients, prioritize tasks, and operate independently.
  • • Collaborative, client-focused mindset with a passion for educating and empowering customers.
  • • Interest or experience in the housing or new home development industry is a plus.
