Chief of Staff, Office of the CEO

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Chief of Staff, Office of the CEO in the United States.

As Chief of Staff, you will serve as a strategic partner to the CEO, driving organizational alignment, operational efficiency, and enterprise-wide initiatives. You will work closely with executive leadership, managing high-impact projects, facilitating key meetings, and ensuring strategic priorities are executed effectively. This role requires exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships. You will lead cross-functional teams, oversee performance tracking, and help shape the company’s culture and strategic vision. The position offers a unique opportunity to operate at the highest level of leadership, gaining exposure to decision-making processes and influencing organizational growth and impact.


Accountabilities:
  • Act as the right-hand to the CEO, translating strategic priorities into actionable plans and initiatives.
  • Lead the Office of the CEO, managing direct reports such as Deputy Chief of Staff and Executive Scheduler.
  • Plan and facilitate executive meetings, board sessions, investor engagements, and leadership retreats.
  • Drive enterprise-wide strategic initiatives, including growth programs, mergers & acquisitions, and performance improvement projects.
  • Foster communication and alignment across departments, ensuring follow-through on organizational priorities.
  • Oversee goal setting and performance tracking systems, including OKRs, to monitor progress and drive accountability.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team, providing strategic counsel and insight.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate leadership, management consulting, private equity, or similarly strategic environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing executive-level stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex information.
  • High discretion, integrity, and professionalism in managing sensitive information and relationships.
  • Project management expertise, including planning, execution, and performance tracking.
  • Experience facilitating executive meetings, retreats, and board-level engagements.
  • Ability to manage and mentor direct reports and thrive in dynamic, high-growth environments.
