We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to drive business growth within a dynamic sales environment.   • Accountabilities:
  • Build and establish new business relationships within the assigned territory.
  • Strengthen and maintain long-term relationships with key buyers to drive repeat business.
  • Collaborate with clients to provide innovative solutions and marketing ideas.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Manage the sales process using KPIs and CRM tools to track performance.
  • Actively contribute to achieving revenue targets and regional growth objectives.
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of outside sales experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
  • Residence within the Philadelphia area (territory-based).
  • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRM systems preferred.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
  • Competitive, persistent, and goal-oriented with a results-driven mindset.
