• Help user log into PCs for the first time.
• Set up email on PCs and mobile devices.
• Switching out hardware.
• Basic troubleshooting.
• Installing software.
• Configuring PCs.
• Installing printers
• Other duties as assigned

• In process of obtaining associate degree or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of Computer hardware
• Able to lift to 50lbs
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Office applications
• Follow Instruction for installing software and hardware
• Basic Understanding of Networks.
