Responsibilities
- Review AI-generated sports content for factual accuracy, clarity, and usefulness
- Annotate errors and provide structured feedback following annotation guidelines
- Assess reasoning, rule interpretations, and coaching or training recommendations
- Analyze game strategies, performance techniques, and training methodologies
- Collaborate with the team to refine prompts, evaluation methods, and guidelines
- Document findings, edge cases, and suggestions to improve model behavior
- Use web-based annotation and QA tools and complete assigned tasks on schedule
Education
- Degree or coursework in sports science, kinesiology, coaching, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Professional experience in athletics, coaching, journalism, analysis, or demonstrated involvement in the sports industry
