- Proficient with Terraform and IaC workflows
- Experience with AWS and/or GCP core services (IAM, VPC, compute, storage, networking)
- Strong collaboration with software engineering teams to translate requirements
- Version control with Git and CI/CD integration
- Scripting for automation (Python, Bash, or similar)
- Knowledge of secure provisioning and cloud best practices
- Ability to produce clear technical documentation
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with software engineering teams to gather and document technical infrastructure requirements.
- Identify recurring infrastructure usage patterns and propose standardized solutions.
- Design and implement reusable Terraform templates and modules for provisioning cloud resources.
- Ensure infrastructure is version-controlled and integrated with CI/CD workflows.
- Document best practices, runbooks, and infrastructure usage guidelines.
- Optimize provisioning for scalability, cost, and security.
- Support troubleshooting, code reviews, and handoffs to cloud operations teams.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Relevant cloud or DevOps certifications are a plus
