Software Engineer I (Front End)

🔍 What we're looking for: Humata Health Inc. is seeking a talented and passionate Front End Software Engineer to join our innovative team. In this role, you'll be a key contributor to designing and developing the user interface of our cutting-edge AI-powered healthcare technology solutions, with a primary focus on Vue.js development.

📍Location: Winter Park, FL - Hybrid or Remote, US

✅ Responsibilities:

• Design and implement responsive, intuitive, and dynamic user interfaces using Vue.js (preferably Vue 3)

• Develop and maintain reusable UI components and libraries

• Collaborate with UX designers to translate wireframes and mockups into high-quality code

• Optimize front-end applications for maximum speed and scalability

• Integrate front-end UI with back-end services and AI-driven features

• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient JavaScript/TypeScript code

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to front-end development best practices

• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing front-end systems

• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in front-end development and UI/UX design

🛠 Role Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

• 3+ years of experience in front-end development

• Strong proficiency in Vue.js (Vue 3 experience preferred)

• Expert knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3

• Experience with state management in Vue (e.g., Vuex, Pinia)

• Familiarity with modern front-end build tools (e.g., Vite, Webpack)

• Understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and solutions

• Experience with responsive and adaptive design

• Proficiency with version control systems (e.g., Git)

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

⭐Preferred Experience:

• Experience with TypeScript in Vue projects

• Familiarity with server-side rendering (e.g., Nuxt.js)

• Knowledge of front-end testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Vue Test Utils)

• Experience with other modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular)

• Understanding of RESTful APIs and how to integrate with them

• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles

• Experience with CSS preprocessors (e.g., SASS, LESS)

• Experience with TailwindCSS and/or TailwindUI

• Knowledge of performance optimization techniques for web applications

• Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices

• Previous experience in healthcare technology or related fields

• Basic understanding of back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python)

• Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) workflows
