Partner Account Manager, Colorado

Human Interest is a high-growth fintech on a mission to expand retirement access to employees at small and medium-sized businesses. The Partner Account Manager will build and scale referral and channel relationships (tech partners, HCM partners, brokers, CPAs, financial advisors) to drive lead generation and revenue growth across Colorado and nationwide.

Skills

  • Proven relationship-building and territory sales experience with HCM, brokers, CPAs, or financial advisors in the SMB space
  • Demonstrated success in quota-driven sales environments
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for partner advocacy and stakeholder management
  • Ability to work autonomously, prioritize, and operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Comfortable using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) to manage pipelines and partner activity

Responsibilities

  • Develop, build, and amplify referral relationships with tech partners, HCM partners, benefit brokers, CPAs, and financial advisors
  • Create strategic referral networks focused on lead generation and new partnership opportunities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Finance to resolve partner issues and implement solutions
  • Partner with Partner Marketing to design and execute initiatives (events, webinars, email campaigns) to drive partner sales
  • Set partner business goals and performance metrics, and execute go-to-market and demand-generation activities

Education

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
  • Relevant coursework or certifications in sales, business, or related fields are a plus
  • Willingness to pursue continuous professional development in partnerships and channel sales
