Role Summary
HubSpot is building a platform millions of people love—and we’re looking for a Principal Counsel who’s as passionate about innovation as they are about data. As a key senior member of our Product Legal team, you’ll be the trusted partner guiding how data moves, scales, and powers HubSpot’s core platform. You’ll lead complex, cross-functional work at the intersection of law, data, and product design, helping our teams make confident decisions that drive growth while staying compliant. Pay & Benefits
The cash compensation below includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are tailored to your skills, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.
