Job Description:

   

Responsibilities:

  • Develops and implements proto build plans, schedules, and requirements for subsystems of new and existing designs.
  • Collaborates and communicates with internal and outsourced testing and development partners.
  • Participates as a member of project team of other test engineers and internal and outsourced testing partners to develop and execute reliable, cost effective and high quality test solutions for low to moderately-complex products.

Education and Experience Required:

  • Associate or bachelor’s Degree related to engineering or manufacturing, preferred; or substantial work experience (8+ years)

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Knowledge of HPE products with expected experience level to support proto builds and design feedback to engineering staff.Using testing tools and software packages to automate test processes.
  • Ability to apply analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language. Ability to effectively communicate test plans, proposals, and results, and negotiate options.

The expected salary/wage range for a U.S.-based hire filling this position is provided below. Actual offer may vary from this range based upon geographic location, work experience, education/training, and/or skill level. If this is a sales role, then the listed salary range reflects combined base salary and target-level sales compensation pay. If this is a non-sales role, then the listed salary range reflects base salary only. Variable incentives may also be offered. USD Annual Salary: $62,900.00 - $145,300.00
