Qualifications: Preferred qualifications include experience in high-growth tech/startups, supporting GTM or G&A functions, and familiarity with HRIS and people analytics tools.
Location: This role is fully remote; candidates must reside in specific states across the USA.
Compensation: $145000 - $170000 / Annually

The Role:
As Hazel’s People Business Partner to our Growth and G&A functions, you’ll serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders across Enterprise GTM, Marketing, Corporate Development and Strategy, Finance, and Legal. You’ll play a critical role in helping these functions scale with clarity, speed, and performance - driving org design, performance management, manager effectiveness, team health, and talent planning.
