Hazel Health is seeking a Senior Account Manager to cultivate and manage relationships with K-12 school districts in the Northeast, focusing on the delivery of pediatric and family mental health care services. This remote position requires over 50% travel, and ideal candidates will have experience in K-12 implementation and account management.
Responsibilities: The Senior Account Manager will manage district partnerships, lead strategic conversations, develop account strategies, maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, and ensure successful implementation and engagement of Hazel's products.
Skills: Candidates should possess a strong understanding of the K-12 ecosystem, account management experience, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency with CRM software.
Qualifications: Prior experience in K-12 education or district-level account management is required; a history of securing partnership renewals is preferred. Experience in start-ups or hyper-growth environments is a plus.

Compensation: $135000 - $150000 / Annually

The Role:
As a Senior Account Manager at Hazel Health, you will be responsible for cultivating, managing, and expanding relationships with K-12 partner school districts within your designated territory. Collaborating closely with the customer success team and other internal stakeholders, you will contribute to regional goals and strategies, ensuring our district partnerships are sustainably scaling to meet student healthcare needs.
In this role, you will establish and maintain strong, strategic partnerships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at all levels within a district. Acting as the chief strategist, you will lead the team in creating a dynamic experience throughout the life cycle of our K-12 partnerships.
Our ideal candidate will have prior experience in K-12 implementation, training and account management support, with a data-driven, goal-oriented approach to achieving account management principles and renewal and growth targets. A proven track record of fostering strong, dynamic relationships is essential.
