Hazel Health is seeking a Pediatric Mental Health Therapist in Ohio for a full-time, remote position with a focus on providing virtual mental health care to K-12 students. Responsibilities: The therapist will deliver high-quality virtual mental health counseling, conduct assessments, create treatment plans, collaborate with care teams, and ensure timely documentation.
Skills: Candidates must be licensed as mental health therapists with a desire to work with children, possess strong communication skills, and have experience in a school-based setting, with telehealth experience preferred.
Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year experience in a related field, ability to obtain additional licenses, strong tech skills, and bilingual skills are a plus.
Location: This is a remote position available to candidates in several states including Ohio. Must maintain an active license in the state of service.
Compensation: $73800 - $82800 / Annually

You will interact and build relationships with school personnel, family members, and other stakeholders working to bring accessible healthcare to students nationwide.

Total compensation for this role is market competitive, with a base salary range of $73,800 - $82,800for W2 full-time, 10 month employment (school-year based), a 401k match, CEU Allowance, healthcare coverage, paid time off, cross-licensure sponsorship (if eligible), and a broad range of other benefits and perks.
