About Haus
Haus is the incrementality platform leading brands trust to optimize billions in ad spend worldwide. Using frontier causal inference-based econometric models to run experiments, we help brands measure the business impact of marketing, pricing, and promotions with scientific precision. Over $360B is spent annually on paid advertising in the US alone, and the famous quote “half the money I spend on advertising is wasted; the trouble is I don't know which half” still rings true. Haus helps marketers identify which half, and reallocate it to maximize growth.
With a founding team of former product managers, economists, and engineers from Google, Netflix, Meta, and Amazon, we make high-quality decision science, incrementality testing, and causal marketing mix modeling accessible to businesses of all sizes—automating the heavy lifting of experiment design, data processing, and insights generation. Haus works with leading brands like FanDuel, Sonos, and Dr. Squatch, delivering ROI gains as high as 30x.
Haus is well-capitalized and backed by top-tier VCs, including Insight Partners, Baseline Ventures, Haystack, and others. We're honored that Haus has once again been recognized by LinkedIn as a 2025 Top Startup!
About the Role As a Senior Product Manager at Haus, you will shape the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our Attribution products. You will be responsible for leading a core team to build the definitive measurement engine that powers daily decision-making for our customers.
We’re looking for someone who is energized by ambiguity and obsessed with solving the complex puzzle of marketing measurement. While your focus is data, you should be curious about the frontier of AI and eager to apply it to your workflow. We value builders who can elegantly balance statistical depth with intuitive user experiences.
You won't just write PRDs; you will use modern tools to prototype solutions and fast-forward development. You’ll need to be both hands-on with the data and comfortable translating complex attribution pipelines into trustable insights for marketers.
Please note that this Product Management role will require you to be comfortable with working in-person at our NYC office at least 2 days/week
What You’ll Do
Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Haus’s attribution solutions, ensuring they serve as the unshakeable "Source of Truth" for our customers.
Drive high-velocity execution with a world-class team of engineers, scientists, and designers. You will bridge the gap between rigorous measurement science and actionable media buying strategy.
Build a daily essential. Craft intuitive user experiences that abstract away technical complexity and surface clear, actionable signals. Your goal is to create the workflow that marketers open first thing in the morning to guide their decisions.
Prototype rapidly using tools like Claude Code or Lovable to accelerate the product development lifecycle and fast-forward to production-ready ideas.
Stay plugged into the evolving landscape of AdTech and applied AI, filtering signal from noise to find creative ways to visualize data and accelerate the "time-to-action" for our users.
Collaborate with platform teams to ensure the data foundation you build powers our automated recommendations engine.
What You Need
BA/BS in a technical or analytical field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, Analytics, Mathematics, or related).
Minimum 4 years of product management or adjacent product-building experience (AdTech/MarTech experience is a strong plus).
Slope over Intercept. We care more about your rate of learning than your years of tenure. We are looking for a builder who absorbs new domains quickly and aspires to grow into a product leader at Haus.
Fluency with modern prototyping tools (e.g. Cursor, Lovable, Claude Code) and comfort with design/collaboration environments like Figma.
Strong customer empathy and design thinking—you understand that an accurate number is useless if the customer doesn't trust the interface.
Skill in data storytelling. You enjoy writing SQL to answer your own questions, transforming raw numbers into clear, actionable arguments for the team.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams toward ambitious goals with urgency and agency.
Nice-to-Haves
Experience specifically with Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA) or Media Mix Modeling (MMM).
Experience building "Cockpit" or "Dashboard" style products where users rely on complex data visualizations to make high-stakes business decisions.
Experience in high-growth startups.
