About Haus
Haus is the incrementality platform leading brands trust to optimize billions in ad spend worldwide. Using frontier causal inference-based econometric models to run experiments, we help brands measure the business impact of marketing, pricing, and promotions with scientific precision. Over $360B is spent annually on paid advertising in the US alone, and the famous quote “half the money I spend on advertising is wasted; the trouble is I don't know which half” still rings true. Haus helps marketers identify which half, and reallocate it to maximize growth.
With a founding team of former product managers, economists, and engineers from Google, Netflix, Meta, and Amazon, we make high-quality decision science, incrementality testing, and causal marketing mix modeling accessible to businesses of all sizes—automating the heavy lifting of experiment design, data processing, and insights generation. Haus works with leading brands like FanDuel, Sonos, and Dr. Squatch, delivering ROI gains as high as 30x.
Haus is well-capitalized and backed by top-tier VCs, including Insight Partners, Baseline Ventures, Haystack, and others. We're honored that Haus has once again been recognized by LinkedIn as a 2025 Top Startup!
What You'll Do
As a Measurement Strategy Manager of Platform Partnerships, you will be the primary strategic owner of incrementality tests commissioned by advertising platforms. You’ll partner directly with referred advertisers and the ad platforms to design, execute, and interpret best-in-class incrementality experiments.
You will:
Own the full lifecycle of every platform-sourced experiment - from early discovery through experiment design and monitoring, all the way to results delivery and post-experiment selling.
Ensure advertisers not only receive high-quality insights, but act on them - setting the stage for successful upsell and long-term customer value.
Translate advertiser goals and measurement nuances into rigorous test designs that showcase Haus’s capabilities in one-off environments.
Serve as the expert voice of incrementality in meetings with advertiser and platform stakeholders.
Partner closely with and manage Partnerships, Sales, and Onboarding teams to streamline, scale, and refine the motion as platform volume grows.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in highly cross-functional environments, excels at managing multiple stakeholders and multiple projects simultaneously, and wants to shape how Haus works with the world’s largest media platforms.
Responsibilities
Experiment Execution & Customer Strategy
Shepherd platform-referred advertisers through their first incrementality experiment lifecycle: discovery, experiment design, test monitoring, analysis readouts, and action recommendations.
Act as the advertiser’s primary strategic partner during the experiment - translating goals into testable hypotheses, simplifying complex measurement concepts, and grounding recommendations in business impact.
Platform Partner Collaboration
Uphold trust and credibility with platform reps by demonstrating deep understanding of their ad products and measurement priorities.
Align with platform teams before key customer moments to preempt concerns, ensure narrative consistency, and strengthen the partnership.
Driving Post-Experiment Outcomes
Support Sales in crafting post-experiment narratives that demonstrate ROI and develop into clear follow-ups.
Maintain tight documentation of learnings and outcomes across experiments to help improve win rates and forecasting accuracy.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Process Scaling
Create internal playbooks, tools, templates, and workflows that increase process efficiency across functions while upholding a high bar for quality.
Exhibit a high degree of organization to manage multiple, short-term, high-touch engagements simultaneously.
Evangelism for Haus & Incrementality Testing
Display a passion for marketing measurement and the business impact of successful incrementality testing.
Effectively evangelize Haus’s value to the ad platforms and their customers.
Qualifications
You have deep empathy for growth marketers’ measurement needs; we are looking for 4+ years of experience as a marketer (agency-side preferred) or in a marketing science role.
You have a fluent understanding of paid media buying, and have hands-on experience working across multiple ad platforms/customer verticals, understanding the nuances of each.
You have strong project management skills; you are able to identify where processes can be made more efficient, you fill any gaps necessary to keep customers happy, and you can (both independently and collaboratively) see complex initiatives through to completion.
You might describe yourself as a ‘measurement nerd’. You light up when you talk about experimentation and you get tons of energy from data analysis and storytelling.
You have experience in a customer relationship management role and have the ability to interact and collaborate with key stakeholders within customer organizations, using strong written and verbal communication skills to create compelling stories that drive action.
You are a wizard of productivity. Coworkers are in awe of your ability to produce very high quality work at a rapid pace and while context-switching across tasks.
You have a demonstrated track record in an early-stage company or highly-ambiguous environment where you need to juggle multiple projects at once, or work in shorter sprints/adapt to changing timelines.
