Data Entry Associate-Pharmacovigilance (Remote)
Skills
- Strong verbal and written English communication
- High accuracy and attention to detail for data entry
- Ability to handle confidential safety information with discretion
- Comfort using phone and email triage workflows
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Willingness and ability to learn PV systems (e.g., MICC) and regulatory procedures
- Organizational skills and ability to follow standardized procedures
Responsibilities
- Receive and respond to inbound phone calls and emails regarding Harrow ophthalmic products
- Document inquiries, PQCs and AE reports accurately in the MICC system using standardized forms
- Perform basic triage and route cases to designated pharmacovigilance staff
- Follow scripted responses and established communication protocols
- Support administrative PV tasks including data entry and record keeping
- Participate in ongoing product and PV regulatory training
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Education
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Associate's degree or relevant coursework is a plus
- On-the-job training provided for pharmacovigilance processes
