- Familiar with Salesforce SDLC, Salesforce DX, Git/GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong declarative Salesforce skills including Flow, validation rules, and data model management
- Experience with system security, permissions, and performance optimization
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and Visualforce.
- Build and maintain cross-platform automations and applications using JavaScript, DataWeave, and Python.
- Implement and manage integrations between Salesforce and external systems via REST APIs and middleware.
- Use declarative tools (Flows, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, Page Layouts) to enhance platform functionality.
- Lead medium-sized technical projects through requirements, delivery, UAT, and deployment.
- Enforce coding standards and perform rigorous code reviews and structured deployments.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical and performance issues.
- Mentor and train junior developers and administrators; participate in on-call rotations for reliability and security incidents.
Education
- BA/BS in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
