Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic plan for the campus
- Create and maintain a culture aligned with the organization’s mission
- Build and sustain strong relationships among staff, families, and children
- Ensure delivery and continuous improvement of the Montessori program
- Manage campus budget and meet profitability targets
- Collaborate with Assistant Head to achieve enrollment goals
- Hire, mentor, evaluate, and retain teaching and support staff
- Oversee compliance, safety, and operational policies
- Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and regional leadership
- Facilitate professional development and growth opportunities for staff
Education
- Director qualification / state licensing as required
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred)
- Montessori certification or familiarity preferred
