JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Manages the day-to-day operations of 2 or more assigned properties including managing the team members, daily activities, and resources of the properties to achieve established budgeted financial and operational goals, and ensures that the operations of the properties comply with Company policies and procedures, Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other laws and regulations governing multi-family housing operations.

Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Community Manager within the property management industry

Prior experience managing affordable housing communities and navigating compliance requirements

Proven track record in delinquency management, including rent collection and resident outreach strategies

Experience overseeing Class A high-rise properties, with a focus on luxury service standards and building operations

Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to mentor and support onsite staff

Excellent communication, organizational, and resident relations skills

Proficiency in property management software and financial reporting tools (e.g., Yardi, RealPage, MRI)

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Assists in managing the client/owner relationship by meeting with the owners, conducting property tours, providing updates and information about the property’s performance, and responding to owner requests as needed.

Physical Demands:

• Incumbents need to be able to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods of time and bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined areas.
• Incumbents must be able to work inside and outside in all weather conditions (rain, snow, heat, hail, wind, sleet).
• Incumbents must be able to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights of up to twenty-five (25) pounds independently and fifty (50) pounds with assistance.
• Rare or regular travel may be required to assist other properties as needed, attend training classes, business meetings, or other situations necessary for the accomplishment of some or all of the daily responsibilities of this position.
• Incumbents must be able to work a flexible work schedule, which includes taking “call” during evenings, weekends and holidays.

The salary range for this position is $125,000 - $140,000

Additional Compensation:

Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements, prior experience, current skills and geographical location.

• Corporate Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in a quarterly or annual bonus program based on individual and company performance.

• Onsite Property Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
