Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (Critical Care) to join an Acute/Academic Medical Center in Syracuse, NY. This role requires a dedicated professional with strong clinical expertise in critical care and trauma settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality critical care nursing in an acute/academic medical setting
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Utilize EPIC EMR for accurate documentation and patient management
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or graduation from an accredited Registered Professional Nurse training program.
- Licensure:
- Active New York State RN License
- BLS & PALS certifications (ACLS preferred)
- Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of recent Critical Care experience
- Level 1 or Level 2 trauma center experience
- Technical Skills: Strong EPIC EMR experience
- Soft Skills: Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
