  • Maintain and update the State Adoption Hub (SharePoint), ensuring resources are accurate, consistent, and accessible.
  • Provide light project management for adoption initiatives, including managing timelines, deliverables, and risk escalation.
  • Support discovery and planning phases for select states, including open territory and professional development opportunities.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to track adoption intelligence, ensuring knowledge is captured and shared.
  • Assist in preparing materials, outlines, and updates for internal adoption reviews, leadership meetings, and cross-team updates.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in education, publishing, edtech, or related fields, ideally in GTM, strategy, or project management roles.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills; capable of prioritizing and delivering multiple projects on tight timelines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to synthesize information clearly for varied audiences.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and knowledge management platforms (e.g., SharePoint).
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams, while also operating independently and proactively.
  • Analytical skills and comfort turning disparate pieces of information into actionable recommendations.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) experience; Salesforce preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with state adoption processes and instructional materials markets.
  • Previous experience supporting GTM strategy, product positioning, or state adoption planning.
  • Solid organizational skills with demonstrated ability to build and maintain knowledge management systems.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and a commitment to continuous improvement.
