The US healthcare system is complex, error-prone, and financially draining. Medical bills and insurance coverage shouldnât be this hard to navigate. At Granted, weâre building the one solution every American can turn to for help.
Thanks to AI and new regulations, Granted can fight claim denials, correct billing errors, negotiate bills, and make coverage easier to understandâsaving people time, money, and stress. Our goal is simple: to be the #1 platform that empowers all Americans to take charge of their healthcare
Founded by a former Oscar Health leader, weâre a seed-stage company with $17M in funding. Weâre lucky to be backed by the founders and investors at Hugging Face, Rocket Money, Oscar Health, CaseText, Forerunner Ventures, RRE Ventures, and more. We are well-funded for the next few years.
The Automations podâs mission is to design, build, and operate agentic, end-to-end workflows that turn complex healthcare advocacy case work into reliable, scalable automations. This team owns the case pipeline from activation through resolution â increasing automation coverage, reducing cost to serve, and keeping experiences transparent by escalating to humans when needed.
As the PM for Automations, youâll sit at the center of how we scale advocacy with speed, precision, and trust. Youâll work across engineering, SMEs, ops, and UX to transform messy, high-complexity healthcare workflows into structured, intelligent flows that feel effortless to users. Your work will directly shape how we deliver care and resolution at scale â making advocacy more automated, human when it matters, and dramatically more efficient.

Background in AI / intelligent workflow products
Youâre energized by chaos and the undefined â you love diving into ambiguous, complex problems, and spike on finding clarity fast.
You operate with high agency in high-ambiguity environments, turning uncertainty into action.
Youâre fluent working with deeply technical teams but care just as much about creating beautiful, intuitive user experiences.
You love turning messy, manual processes into clean, scalable systems that just work.
You see automation and agentic workflows not as bolt-ons, but as the foundation of a differentiated, user-first product.
You prefer clearly scoped work and get frustrated when priorities shift quickly.
You need a lot of process, layers of approval, or long timelines to do your best work.
Youâre not excited by the idea of owning problems end to end in a small, high-trust team.
If an employer mentions a salary or salary range on their job, we display it as an "Employer Estimate". If a job has no salary data, Rise displays an estimate if available.
