As a Senior Recruiter at Superhuman, you'll take full ownership of our business recruiting funnel, driving outcomes from initial sourcing through closing and onboarding. You'll strategically design and optimize each stage of the recruiting funnel—engaging passive prospects, qualifying candidates, managing interviews, and delivering exceptional candidate experiences. You’ll partner closely with stakeholders and hiring managers at every stage, building collaborative relationships to deeply understand role needs and team culture.
