Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of Partner Managers, develop and execute partner sales strategies, support partner relationship management, set and track sales targets, negotiate agreements, and provide market feedback to internal teams.
Skills: Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills, data-driven mindset, proficiency in CRM and partner management tools, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
Qualifications: 7+ years in partner/channel sales or business development in SaaS or technology, minimum 3 years in a management role, proven track record in building partner programs, excellent relationship and negotiation skills, and experience with CRM systems.

In this role, you will oversee and develop the Partner Manager team, setting strategy and direction for engaging partners across the ecosystem. You will drive top-of-funnel motions that generate partner-sourced revenue as well as services that increase customer satisfaction, while collaborating across internal teams and owning results for the overall partner channel.

Superhuman takes a market-based approach to compensation, which means base pay may vary depending on your location. Our US locations are categorized into two compensation zones based on proximity to our hub locations. In Canada, all locations where we support employment are considered “Zone 1”.
Base pay may vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The expected salary ranges for this position are outlined below by compensation zone and may be modified in the future. The expected “On Target Earnings” (OTE) for this role are outlined below and may be modified in the future.
United States:
Zone 1: $177,100 – $221,200/year (USD)
Zone 2: $158,900 – $198,800/year (USD)
Canada:
Zone 1: $297,000 – $353,000 – $408,000/year (CAD)
The commission portion for this role will be 30% of the On-Target Earning (OTE).
