In this role, you’ll help shape and scale innovative ways to reach, engage, and retain millions of learners around the world. We’re looking for an intern who’s endlessly curious about what makes people click, share, and come back — someone who’s eager to experiment, analyze results, and turn insights into action.
You’ll work closely with our product, marketing, and data teams to identify growth opportunities, test acquisition channels, and help refine the user journey from first touch to lifelong engagement
Design, launch, and analyze growth experiments to test acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies
Support community‑building initiatives, such as student ambassador programs, online groups, and educator outreach
Research and evaluate new growth channels — from social platforms to partnerships
Create and schedule engaging content for social media, newsletters, and community updates
Collaborate with product, design, and marketing to optimize the user journey and onboarding flow
Comfortable running end-to-end growth experiments, from ideation to analysis
Familiarity with digital marketing channels (social, SEO, email, paid acquisition)
Strong analytical skills (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude)
Excellent written communication skills for crafting copy, campaign briefs, and reports
Bonus:
Experience designing or running A/B tests
Prior work in an early-stage startup or high-growth environment
Experience writing for student, educator, or consumer audiences
