Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Salary: $300,000–$310,000 annually
Overview:
We are seeking a Pediatrician Director to lead a pediatric department serving a diverse, largely underserved community. Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer, this role combines clinical leadership, staff management, and strategic planning to ensure safe, high-quality, culturally responsive pediatric care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support pediatric providers and clinical staff
- Set clinical standards, workflows, and quality improvement goals
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and best practice guidelines
- Use data and health statistics to guide decision-making and outcomes
- Build strong relationships with patients, families, and community partners
- Valid California medical license; no disciplinary history
- Board-certified in Pediatrics, Family Medicine, or Med/Peds
- Current DEA and BLS certifications
- 7+ years of ambulatory pediatric experience with leadership responsibilities
- Experience in community-based or FQHC settings and working with the Black community
