Competitive pay and incentives: $110,000 - $120,000 per year + benefits
Flexible schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide in-home physical therapy services to a diverse patient population
- Develop and implement personalized care plans
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatments as needed
- Educate patients and families on exercises and mobility strategies
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of New Jersey
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Previous home health experience preferred (but not required)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication, time management, and clinical skills
