Responsibilities
- Define, analyze, and evangelize KPIs for product health and AI-powered features
- Build analytical frameworks to measure model performance impact on user behavior and business outcomes
- Design and analyze experiments (A/B and multivariate) evaluating AI-driven features
- Identify opportunities where AI/ML can improve conversion, retention, and LTV
- Partner with Product, Design, Engineering, Data, and GTM teams as a strategic analytics thought partner
- Develop core data models, reports, and dashboards to surface feature adoption and product performance
- Champion experimentation and rapid learning across product teams
- Collaborate with Data Engineering and AI/ML teams to implement scalable analytical frameworks and testing infrastructure
Education
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience
- Advanced degree in a related field is a plus but not required
