Skills
- Strong proficiency in Golang for backend and infrastructure tooling
- Hands-on production Kubernetes experience
- Experience deploying large-scale workloads to cloud providers
- Proven experience with monitoring, alerting, and being on-call for services
- Infrastructure as Code and GitOps expertise (Terraform preferred)
- Familiarity with Python, shell scripting, and Linux administration
Responsibilities
- Manage observability and deployments for a complex, distributed production system
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD and build pipeline infrastructure
- Author and maintain internal developer support tools and automation
- Operate and harden Kubernetes clusters and orchestrate large-scale workloads across cloud providers
- Implement Infrastructure as Code and GitOps workflows (Terraform preferred)
- Monitor production systems, participate in on-call rotations, and drive incident response and postmortems
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve reliability, performance, and developer experience
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Relevant professional experience in infrastructure, SRE, or DevOps roles
