Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines to ingest PDF, Excel, Text, JSON, HTML and other formats into SQL Server instances
- Implement data wrangling, normalization, validation, logging, and audit processes during ingestion
- Integrate third-party APIs, website scraping/back-end data and JSON payloads to enrich royalty datasets
- Develop cloud-based integrations and support deployment of new and existing processes
- Build algorithms and analytical code, manage development lifecycle in GitHub from design through QA and deployment
- Create and maintain data platform components, database schemas, and performance optimization strategies
- Develop automated processes to consolidate, normalize, and analyze large volumes of music royalty data
- Act as a technical liaison between the Royalty Group and IT for implementation, change management, and training
- Set up and manage data rooms and client portals as required
- Contribute to documentation, code reviews, and knowledge sharing; handle additional projects as assigned
Education
- Bachelor's degree required
- Relevant technical or computer science degree preferred
