Skills
- Expert SQL and advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for analysis and tooling.
- Proficiency with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI) for dashboarding and reporting.
- Experience building forecasting, scenario planning, and capacity models; Python or R preferred.
- Demonstrated experience designing and implementing scalable fulfillment/operations processes.
- Strong strategic thinking with ability to connect execution to P&L and long-term roadmaps.
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Design, standardize, and codify processes, products, and tools for the next-gen fulfillment network.
- Define operating models that balance efficiency, cost, speed, and customer experience at scale.
- Own initiatives end-to-end: diagnose problems, design solutions, prototype, and drive implementation.
- Develop tooling, dashboards, and models using SQL, Python, BI platforms, and automation.
- Use data to uncover bottlenecks, quantify opportunities, and build forecasting and scenario models.
- Partner cross-functionally with engineering, product, operations, finance, and commercial teams to align and scale solutions.
- Establish SOPs, reporting cadences, KPIs, and governance to ensure consistent execution across sites.
- Lead high-impact projects such as automation, robotics integration, B2B/retail compliance, and international expansion.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Analytics, or related field preferred.
- Advanced degree (MBA, MS) is a plus but not required.
