Responsibilities
- Manage two high-volume global calendars with diplomacy, discretion, and excellent judgment
- Maximize leaders’ time by prioritizing meetings, batching work, and optimizing schedule flows
- Prepare and assemble meeting materials, presentations, and resources for Pillar Leaders
- Attend Pillar Leads meetings to take notes, track deliverables, and ensure timely follow-ups
- Act as liaison between leadership, employees, and external partners to exchange information
- Serve as a strategic thought partner to help navigate complex challenges and decisions
- Plan, lead, and execute regular team events, offsites, and retreats
- Track, celebrate, and highlight important team and employee milestones
- Contribute to wider initiatives and projects beyond core administrative duties
Education
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 3 years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior leaders
