Business Development Executive (East)

Everway (formerly n2y/Texthelp) is a mission-driven global neurotechnology software company focused on accessibility and understanding. We are looking for a results-focused Business Development Executive (East) to grow our SaaS footprint by identifying and closing new business opportunities, building strategic relationships, and working cross-functionally to deliver value-led solutions to customers across the eastern US.

Skills

  • 3+ years B2B SaaS sales with full sales cycle experience
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience using Salesforce or equivalent CRM
  • Proficiency with Google Suite or Microsoft Office
  • Strong prospecting, lead qualification and pipeline management
  • Ability to build relationships at multiple organizational levels
  • Experience preparing proposals and commercial business cases
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC methodology
  • Good presentation and communication skills
  • Comfortable with occasional travel

Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify and develop new business opportunities across assigned territory
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline through proactive outreach, reacting to inbound leads and marketing-generated enquiries
  • Use MEDDPICC to qualify opportunities, map stakeholders and define decision criteria and metrics
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prepare proposals, business cases and quotations to secure new deals
  • Provide accurate pipeline management and sales forecasting
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing and Technical Support to align on prospect needs and support account engagement
  • Represent Everway at virtual events and exhibitions and network externally
  • Maintain timely and accurate CRM records to capture all sales activity and customer journey
  • Close deals over long sales cycles while building and maintaining strategic customer relationships
  • Report regularly on growth trends, challenges and successes

Education

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
  • Sales or marketing certifications are a plus
  • Third-level qualification desirable (where applicable)
