Job Description
Advance your scientific career in Indianapolis, a growing hub for biotech and pharmaceutical innovation. We’re seeking a Senior Bioassay Scientist to lead effector function testing and cell-based assay development in a GMP-regulated lab environment. This is a full-time, leadership role with relocation assistance provided to help you transition smoothly.

What You’ll Do
- Lead effector function testing for biologics and support preclinical development
- Design and execute cell-based assays, including ELISAs, luciferase reporter assays, and flow cytometry
- Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure data integrity and timely documentation
- Maintain lab compliance, drive operational improvements, and support quality initiatives
- Supervise and mentor team members, manage workflow, and conduct performance reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in biology, chemistry, or related field
- Extensive experience in mammalian cell culture and cell-based assay development
- Proficiency in ELISA, luciferase reporter assays, and flow cytometry
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely without sponsorship
- Willingness to relocate to Indianapolis – relocation support is available
