Skills
- Strong Python and software engineering fundamentals (git, testing, packaging).
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Databricks (Delta Lake, Spark, MLflow/Model Registry).
- Advanced SQL and Spark/data engineering skills, pipeline orchestration and performance tuning.
- Applied ML expertise: feature engineering, supervised/unsupervised methods, evaluation and fairness.
- Experience building LLM/RAG and agentic applications (embeddings, vector indexes, prompt design).
- MLOps competency: CI/CD for ML, containerization, secrets/config management, monitoring/alerting.
- Clear communicator able to translate technical work into business impact and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy end-to-end ML pipelines: data exploration, feature engineering, training, evaluation, and productionization.
- Operate and monitor models in production with observability for drift, bias, data quality, and service health.
- Develop and maintain ML infrastructure (pipelines, orchestration, CI/CD, model registry, serving) that scales.
- Create generative AI and agent-based solutions (RAG, vector search, orchestration) to extend business workflows.
- Optimize algorithms and inference for accuracy, cost, fairness, and performance.
- Ensure reproducibility, versioning, governance, and security across data, code, models, and prompts.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define requirements, SLAs, success metrics, and adoption strategies.
- Research and propose AI/ML advances and enterprise deployment patterns aligned with EQT strategy.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent experience).
