Responsibilities
- Own technical escalations from Customer Success, Solutions, and Implementation teams and drive timely reproduction and resolution of critical issues.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Product to triage bugs, architectural issues, and systemic problems.
- Perform deep diagnostics including logs, APIs, runtime instrumentation, and infrastructure troubleshooting.
- Build custom technical solutions and integrations to address customer-specific needs and edge cases.
- Serve as a bridge between customers and R&D for complex issues, ensuring clear communication and follow-through.
- Document solutions, create runbooks, and contribute to knowledge base to prevent recurrence and improve onboarding.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Or equivalent practical experience in software engineering or SRE/DevOps roles
