The Role
We’re hiring a hands-on Head of Engineering to drive technical direction and execution across the OpenArt platform. You’ll work closely with the founders, lead engineers across time zones, and continue shipping production code yourself.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving, AI-native product environments and enjoys both leadership and deep technical ownership.
What You’ll Do
Own architecture, scalability, and long-term technical direction
Lead and mentor engineers while maintaining high execution velocity
Ship end-to-end features across frontend, backend, and AI pipelines
Design and integrate multimodal AI generation systems
Improve engineering quality, performance, and developer workflows
Act as a technical partner to founders and help shape the product roadmap

Compensation
$300k–$500k total compensation (base salary, bonus, and equity)
