About The Role

As a Strategy & Business Intelligence - Manager, you will help provide insight into EliseAI’s product, financial, and operating performance by owning analysis, dashboards, and tools that guide leadership decision-making. Reporting to the SVP of Strategy, you will work closely with senior executives and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality analyses and strategic insights. This is a highly analytical role that requires strong quantitative skills, excellent communication, and a bias for action.

Key Responsibilities

Financial & Operating Insights

• Conduct recurring & ad hoc analyses on product, financial, and operating performance to support leadership decisions

• Synthesize findings into clear, actionable conclusions and present them to senior stakeholders

Business Intelligence & Tooling

• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and models that track company performance

• Leverage advanced Excel skills and develop SQL proficiency to support data-driven decision-making.

• Partner with internal teams to define KPIs and automate recurring reporting processes

Strategic Projects

• Support leadership with high-impact strategic initiatives, including new market analyses, product launches, and operational improvement projects.

• Act as a “pair of eyes” for senior leaders into the company’s financial and operating data, surfacing trends and risks proactively

• Attract top-tier talent to join our driven team

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or relevant roles (strategic finance, FP&A) at high-growth companies

• Strong quantitative skills with proven ability to analyze operational and financial data, and translate them into actionable insights

• Advanced Excel skills; SQL experience a strong plus (or willingness to learn quickly)

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complexity into clear narratives for executives

• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high degree of ownership

• Willingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days a week

Job Compensation Range

The salary range for this role is $125K – $175K. EliseAI offers a competitive total rewards package which includes base salary, equity, and a comprehensive benefits & perks package. Exact compensation is determined based on a number of factors including experience, skill level, location and qualifications which are assessed during the interview process. Additional details about total compensation and benefits will be provided by our Recruiting Team during the hiring process.
