Role Overview:
We’re looking for a Healthcare Strategy Analyst who is excited to grow with us. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of experience in healthcare operations, consulting, or startups, and thrives in a dynamic environment where curiosity, adaptability, and problem-solving are key.

You will play a critical role in managing and scaling population health programs, supporting value-based care performance, coordinating with external stakeholders, and assisting with reporting and data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the design, implementation, and scaling of population health programs.

• Manage day-to-day operations related to value-based care (VBC) contract performance.

• Interface with primary care practices, payers, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and program success.

• Assist in data collection, reporting, and analysis to measure outcomes and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Contribute to building and optimizing workflows, processes, and playbooks as the organization scales.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement in operations and program performance.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of professional experience in healthcare operations, management consulting, or early-stage startup roles

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Experience with Excel, Looker, or similar tools

• Analytical mindset and comfort working with data to inform decisions.

• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

• Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.

• Passion for healthcare innovation and improving population health outcomes.
