Junior E-Commerce Associate (Amazon & TikTok Shop)

Role Overview
  • The Junior E-Commerce Associate will support the daily operations and performance of our Amazon and TikTok Shop stores. This role focuses on execution, listing optimization, and performance analysis to ensure product listings are accurate, engaging, and performing effectively. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, data-driven, and eager to learn the operational side of marketplace management.


Key Responsibilities
  • Listing Management:
  • Manage the listing team to create, update, and maintain product listings across Amazon and TikTok Shop.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to create and upload new assets (images, videos, A+ content).
  • Ensure all listings follow brand guidelines and marketplace requirements (titles, bullets, pricing, and imagery).
  • Support bulk uploads, flat-file edits, and variation updates.
  • Communicate learnings from TikTok and Amazon back to the site content team.

  • Performance Tracking & Analysis:
  • Monitor key performance metrics, including sales, conversion rate, page views, and buy box status.
  • Assist in preparing weekly and monthly reports summarizing trends and listing performance.
  • Identify underperforming products and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Identify and track potentially viral products.
  • Track shop-wide metrics for TikTok Shop and Amazon.

  • Operational Support:
  • Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams to ensure product availability and pricing accuracy.
  • Assist with the regular replenishment of FBA shipment creation.
  • Help maintain internal databases, spreadsheets, and reports related to listings and campaigns.

  • TikTok Shop Execution:
  • Upload and maintain products, pricing, and inventory on TikTok Shop.
  • Track campaign performance and assist in influencer or promotion coordination.


Requirements
  • 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably on Amazon, TikTok Shop, or Shopify.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
  • Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, filtering, pivot tables).
  • Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central tools and reports a plus.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Interest in digital commerce, fashion, and marketplace operations.


Preferred Skills
  • Experience with bulk file uploads, category listing reports, and marketplace integrations (e.g., Marketplace Connect, ChannelAdvisor).
  • Understanding of SEO principles and keyword optimization.
  • Comfortable navigating product data, content assets, and sales reports.
