You’ll work closely with senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations to identify, engage, and bring on board exceptional sales and go-to-market talent - from Account Executives to senior commercial leaders. You’ll be a strategic advisor, a creative problem-solver, and a champion of the candidate experience, helping DeepL attract multilingual, high-performing professionals who can drive our global growth.
Collaborate with GTM leaders across global regions to understand their evolving hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment strategies for Sales and commercial roles.
Own the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and engaging top Account Executives and senior GTM talent to managing interviews and offers — ensuring every step is smooth, transparent, and candidate-centric.
Craft innovative sourcing strategies that go beyond job boards, tapping into global talent networks, events, referrals, and passive candidate pools.
Build diverse, multilingual talent pipelines to support DeepL’s international expansion across EMEA, the Americas, and APAC.
Provide hiring teams with clear, insightful data and market intelligence to support strategic workforce planning and smart hiring decisions.
Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, bringing market knowledge, competitive insights, and a data-driven approach to every search.
Champion DeepL’s employer brand within the global GTM community, helping us stand out as an employer of choice for mission-driven sales talent.
Continuously improve recruitment processes and candidate experience through feedback, experimentation, and collaboration with the wider People team.
Proven experience (5+ years) in sales or GTM recruiting, with experience within a high-growth tech or SaaS environment.
Deep understanding of Account Executive, Sales Leadership, and senior commercial hiring across global or multilingual markets.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills; you thrive on building trusted partnerships with senior leaders.
A data-driven mindset with experience using insights to inform strategy and improve hiring outcomes.
Passion for diversity, inclusion, and global talent engagement.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to represent DeepL’s mission and values authentically.
Fluency in English; additional languages are highly valued.
