• Design and supervise individualized behavior modification programs in home, community, group home, and/or school settings.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop evidence-based, proactive behavior support plans.
• Train and support clients, families, and caregivers during scheduled sessions.
• Oversee and mentor direct care staff, ensuring fidelity to treatment plans and fostering their professional growth.
• Collaborate with families, conservators, and teams to ensure behavior plans are practical, sustainable, and person-centered.
• Stay current with the latest research to ensure all interventions reflect best practices in the field.
• Manage your caseload and submit clinical documentation in a timely, organized manner.
• Step in where your expertise is needed most to support the broader success of the team.

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) certification in good standing.
• At least 2 years of experience designing and implementing behavior modification intervention services.
• Completion of 12 semester units in Applied Behavior Analysis.
