We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Business Analyst to join our Multi-Market Advisory Solutions team, supporting occupier-focused brokerage professionals across all markets. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and is passionate about enabling strategic decision-making through insights, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Brokerage Support & Business Development
  • Assist Brokerage Team and Regional Lead in the research, data validation, and creation of business profiles, one-pagers, and other client-facing materials.
  • Support pursuit strategy by researching and organizing critical information for opportunities to support executive decision making.
• Data Management & Insights
  • Collect, cleanse, and validate real estate portfolio data from clients and internal systems.
  • Submit and manage data through Triana and BI platforms; ensure accuracy and consistency across systems.
  • Partner with brokers to develop and present actionable insights via dashboards and visualizations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with the Operations Director and Regional Lead to track and report on key brokerage pursuits.
  • Collaborate with the TDS Lead to evaluate and implement emerging technologies that enhance team performance and client delivery.
• Process Improvement & Innovation
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve data quality and reporting processes.
  • Contribute to the development of best practices and scalable solutions for multi-market occupier engagements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a business analyst, operations, or data-focused role—preferably in commercial real estate or professional services.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a team-oriented, deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with commercial real estate terminology and occupier services.
• Experience supporting sales or brokerage teams in a matrixed organization.
• Comfort with data visualization and storytelling through dashboards.
• Exceptional critical thinking and research skills.
• Experience and skill with cross-functional teams and working collaboratively with diverse internal and external stakeholders and vendors.
• Exceptional organizational skills to prioritize multiple tasks with high attention to detail.
