Skills
- Hands-on campaign optimization across DV360, The Trade Desk, Google Ads, SA360, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and major retail media
- Expertise in bid strategy, audience segmentation, pacing and budget allocation to optimize ROAS/CPA/LTV
- Experience designing and executing incrementality tests, causal modeling and MMM
- Proficiency with SQL and Python or R, and experience with visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Datorama)
- Familiarity with ad tech/martech ecosystem (DSPs, DMPs, CDPs, attribution platforms)
- Strong leadership, stakeholder influence and client communication skills
Responsibilities
- Define and evangelize the agency optimization vision, aligning with Analytics & Data Science strategy
- Collaborate with media planning, biddable media, technology and product teams to integrate optimization into campaign planning and execution
- Lead hands-on optimization across biddable platforms (programmatic, search, social, retail media) including bid strategies, pacing, budget allocation and audience segmentation
- Design, execute and analyze testing roadmaps (A/B, multivariate, incrementality, geo) and implement tests in-platform
- Partner with Data Science to apply predictive modeling, bidding algorithms and automation to improve performance
- Implement performance guardrails, pacing checks and anomaly detection to maintain campaign health
- Integrate attribution, MMM and cross-channel measurement to validate business outcomes
- Serve as senior client contact for optimization and present clear, action-oriented insights to clients and stakeholders
- Mentor and develop optimization and analytics team members, building scalable capabilities
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, Economics or related field
- Advanced degree (MS/MBA) preferred but not required
